[April 1, 2025] Yes, it is two and a half years since the Lord took Terry home to heal her suffering. This picture is precious to me because it reminds me afresh of the wonderful woman God provided for me as my life partner. Her joy still ministers to me.

The thought of sharing life with someone else seems like a daunting task.

Lord, thank you for your faithfulness through all 55 years. I look forward to the day I shall join Terry in praising You in a manner You deserve as our Creator. I am sure, Lord, there are fellow believers who can't comprehend my joy even though she is no longer here.

This old hymn comes to mind.

Sometimes, the day seems long,

Our trials, hard to bear.

We're tempted to complain,

to murmur and despair.

But Christ will soon appear

to catch his bride away!

All tears forever over

in God's eternal day!
